A teaching pathway

You can also become a teacher

Teaching is a separate pathway for women who want to teach and support other learners.

Three-month teacher training

A separate three-month course to develop the knowledge and skills needed for teaching. It is different from the one-month skill courses.

Teaching opportunities

Depending on student demand and available assignments, eligible teachers may teach online batches, one-to-one online students or provide home tuition.

Step 3 · Work with HIJABIAN

Four ways to earn with HIJABIAN

Eligible women can apply for opportunities in affiliate marketing, teaching, online projects and the HIJABIAN publicity pool.

1. Affiliate marketing

20% commission

Promote HIJABIAN courses and products and earn commission on eligible sales.

  • Refer students to HIJABIAN courses.
  • Promote and sell HIJABIAN products.
  • Become an influencer for a selected product or course.
Commission basis: 20% of the eligible amount actually received, after discounts and refunds, and once the applicable refund period has expired.

2. Teaching

40% share

Eligible teachers may receive students through HIJABIAN and teach in different formats.

  • Teach online student batches.
  • Teach students one-to-one online.
  • Provide home tuition where available.
Example: 10 students × Rs 10,000 = Rs 100,000 collected tuition. The teacher's 40% share is Rs 40,000.

3. Online tasks & projects

40% share

Contribute your skills to approved tasks and projects assigned by HIJABIAN.

  • Social media management and content creation.
  • Research and digital content projects.
  • Website design and development.
  • App development and other technical work.
Example: For an agreed project sale of Rs 100,000, the contributor's 40% share is Rs 40,000, subject to the agreed scope and payment terms.

4. HIJABIAN Pool

Points-based

Contribute to HIJABIAN's publicity and platforms by creating useful, approved content and digital material. Approved activity points determine your share of the monthly pool.

  • Create AI-assisted videos and educational posts.
  • Write useful content and prepare research.
  • Prepare podcasts or podcast material.
  • Support HIJABIAN websites, apps, pages and groups.
Important: A points allowance does not itself guarantee a cash payment. Approved work is required.
Understanding the HIJABIAN Pool

A publicity campaign powered by contributions

HIJABIAN allocates 8% of eligible sales to its marketing and publicity pool. Participants contribute approved promotional and educational work and receive a share based on approved activity points.

How the monthly pool works

The pool is a shared monthly budget for approved publicity contributions. Its value depends on eligible sales, and the rupee value of a point is calculated at the end of each month.

These are example activity values. The official task catalogue will specify points, requirements and approval criteria before work is undertaken.

How your reward is calculated

  1. HIJABIAN allocates 8% of eligible sales to the monthly publicity pool.
  2. Participants complete approved activities and receive activity points.
  3. At month-end, all approved activity points are added together.
  4. The monthly pool is divided by total approved activity points to calculate the rupee value of one point.
  5. Your approved points are multiplied by that month's point value to calculate your reward.

Carry-forward: If the pool is not fully distributed in a month, the remaining amount carries forward to the next month's pool.

The 8% is a HIJABIAN marketing/publicity budget allocation, not an extra fee charged to customers. Programme rules will define eligible sales, refunds, activity approval, payment timing and other conditions.

Participants can progress through leadership levels by referring students and supporting their teams with course guidance, career counselling and ethical referrals.

Monthly activity allowance

Higher leadership levels: The allowance continues to double at the next levels: 4,800, 9,600 and 19,200 monthly points. Qualifying targets for these higher levels will be published in the earning platform before those levels open. Once a level is achieved and verified, it is permanent.
What do monthly points mean? Leadership points are a monthly activity allowance, not automatic cash or a guaranteed reward. Participants use their allowance by completing approved publicity activities. Unused monthly allowance expires at month-end and does not roll over. Only approved activity points are included in the monthly pool calculation.
Getting started

Who can join the HIJABIAN earning programme?

The programme is designed especially for HIJABIAN students, while welcoming other eligible women who want to learn, contribute and grow.

1. Register

Register for the HIJABIAN earning programme.

2. Learn

Complete at least one HIJABIAN skill course or an approved equivalent.

3. Get oriented

Complete contributor orientation and understand the programme rules.

4. Contribute

Submit approved work or complete an assigned task to participate in relevant opportunities.

HIJABIAN's earning programme is exclusively for women. Opportunities, student allocations, projects and rewards depend on availability, eligibility, performance, approved work and programme terms. Commissions and shares are calculated on the relevant amounts actually received, after applicable discounts and refunds, and after the applicable refund period has expired. Examples are illustrative, not promises of income. No job, project, student allocation or specific monthly earning is guaranteed.
