HIJABIAN is a women-focused business and learning initiative operating through activities that include HIJABIAN Studio and Urdu E-Commerce Academy. Our website may provide information about physical products, online courses, learning resources, work opportunities and related programmes.

• If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
• Prices, delivery charges and applicable payment instructions will be communicated through the relevant product or order process.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for physical products are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Courses and learning services

Course descriptions, fees, duration, delivery method, schedules and other details will be provided on the relevant course page or during enrolment. Course access or participation is subject to enrolment confirmation and any instructions shared by HIJABIAN.

• Students are responsible for providing accurate enrolment information and following reasonable course instructions.
• Class dates, timings, instructors or delivery arrangements may change when necessary. We will communicate material changes through the contact details provided to us.
• Students should participate respectfully and must not disrupt classes, harass others or share another participant's private information.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, course materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal learning and may not be resold, republished or distributed without permission.
• Enrolment does not guarantee employment, clients, income, business success or acceptance into any separate programme.

Course-fee refund requests are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. In particular, a student may request a refund for a reason before classes begin; once classes have started, course fees are non-refundable.

6. Learn & Earn and Work With Us programmes

Information about our learning, contribution and earning opportunities is provided to explain possible pathways. Participation is subject to eligibility, application review, programme requirements, available opportunities and any separate guidelines communicated by HIJABIAN.

• Applying or registering does not guarantee acceptance, a job, paid work, students, clients, projects, sales or earnings.
• Opportunities may depend on demand, skills, quality of work, availability, performance and business requirements.
• Any commission, revenue share, activity points, pool reward or leadership allowance is subject to the applicable programme rules and verification requirements.
• Rewards are not guaranteed income and may vary according to eligible sales, approved work, programme calculations and available opportunities.
• Participants must provide truthful information, follow programme instructions and avoid misleading advertising, spam, duplicate referrals or unauthorised claims about HIJABIAN.
• Participants must not promise guaranteed jobs, earnings or results on behalf of HIJABIAN.

Where separate programme guidelines, task rules or written contributor arrangements apply, those documents will also govern the relevant activity. If there is a conflict, the specific programme terms will apply to that programme activity to the extent of the conflict.

7. Payments and fees

Prices and fees will be communicated through the relevant product, course or service information. You agree to pay the amount and any applicable charges communicated to you before confirming a purchase or enrolment.

Payment methods and processing arrangements may be provided by third-party payment or financial service providers. Their terms may also apply. HIJABIAN does not ask you to share passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes with our team.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the HIJABIAN name, logos, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, course materials and other content are owned by HIJABIAN or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content, branding or course materials without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

If you submit content or work to us as part of an application, course, task or programme, you retain any rights you already own unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You give HIJABIAN permission to review and use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to assess your submission or administer the relevant activity. Any wider promotional use of identifiable submitted work should be agreed separately.
